There was a problem with the original truck, so the move started over two hours late. But the communication regarding the replacement vehicle was very prompt and it allowed me to do other activities that morning, instead of just waiting for the movers. Once the crew arrived they were outstanding and really made an effort to make up for lost time. They truly turned the entire move into a very positive experience.
